PumpPOS provides cloud-based point-of-sale software for fuel stations. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.

2. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the system's security, or to attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into the PumpPOS system.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Fees: You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees in accordance with the pricing plan selected.
• Renewals and Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PumpPOS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business operations arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, PumpPOS does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
